I've not heard anything from them.

Does the email say when they will be stopping the service? I'm wary of cashing out now and not being able to retrieve the money!
I've not heard anything from Circle either. I've also checked my spam folder and nothing there. With such important news they should be emailing all users, not just selected ones.

That would be a nice solution. But will there be enough people sending the same message?

I emailed support this morning after getting the circle closure email asking if they will be implementing a 2nd payment method along side paypal & got the following
    Hi There,
Thanks for getting in touch about Circle Pay ending its service. We have recently been made aware of this change, and are in touch with Circle to discuss further.
We will announce our plans for transition of participants using this cashout method, as soon as possible.
    Best,
    Jim

reads to me like they got notified at the same time us users did. will update if i get any other responses. BACS would be very nice.

I just did that one, when I flicked back to the tab during the study the name, time and reward had changed but it only took a few minutes (although more than one) so I'm curious to see what I get :rotfl:

I only received the aforementioned email at 15.03 today - as I'm sure they have 100,000's of registered users, mass mailouts on that scale inevitably take a while to get out to everyone. Everyone will be emailed, I'm certain, it just takes time :money:

To anyone using Circle to cash out, they are closing on 8th July.
I seem to be averaging just over one £20+ payout per month, and I just had one a week ago, so with any luck I'll get another one in before I have to start paying Paypal for the privilege.
