Thanks, my laptop is quite new but a lot of people must have had the similar problem as they are still not filled up.
I had to return both(2X£1.84) so annoying.
Sorry to hear very frustrating getting a survey and not being able to complete it due to glitch. I class myself very lucky with that survey to complete it (was my first survey in 5 days )

Is anyone aware of a 'prolific assistant' extension or app compatible with iOS?

Google Chrome is available for iOS 10 or above. If you use Chrome then I believe you can install the Prolific Assistant extension. :)

Thanks. I've downloaded chrome but I can't see any option to add extensions (bizarrely you can add extensions to a desktop computer from your mobile device though)!

Are these instructions for a smartphone? As that's the device I am trying to get prolific assistant on.

    Thanks

Hold on - Switching over to smartphone to check :)

    Edit: No it is different.
Though doing a google search, it seems that maybe you can. But it appears you would have to install a third-party app first to enable Chrome extension functionality...
