How very strange!!
My HomeSafe page shows:-
Kids Safe OFF
Scam protection OFF
Homework Time OFF
Virus Alerts OFF
Before the Prolific problem started the only one that I had switched ON was the Scam Protection and I was able to switch it to OFF with no problems.
Gawd.....bliddy TalkTalk
I will see if turning Virus Alerts to off has made any difference. if not, then I will have no choice as to ring their CS.:mad:0 -
Just received a new survey invite and experiencing the same problem again. Will have to contact talktalk. Very annoying to say at least!0

Does anyone have the code for the energy perceptions study please? I missed adding it when study completed.
Thank you0 -
Just got the 'Workplace Scenario' study and managed to fire up the Windows laptop and cannot access studies there either. Message denying access said 'This site uses unsupported protocol or cipher suite"
No idea what's going on at all - it's only happening with Prolific. Anyone else having similar problems??
I have had to return last few Oxford Packaging studies and have wasted a lot of time trying to resolve problem at my end. Pleased to discover I am not alone, but not that it is Talktalk related as I just knew no phone call would resolve matters!
Realising it was to do with Qualtrics I had also tried to access their website direct and could not due to same error message. Now reading it's TT related I have checked my Home Safe settings. All off, but then I noticed you could add filters to Kids Safe setting. Switched all settings on and added https://www.qualtrics.com as an exception and can now access the website, so hopefully the Oxford Packaging surveys will link ok in future.“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0 -

Thanks, I followed your advice and switched kids setting for on, so it turned Scam protection for off automatically. Before that it was showing as I had to call their CS. Strange.:(
In kids setting I added https://www.qualtrics.com and changed for "Allow". Will see if it made any difference!0
