I have had a couple of previous instances where circle were slow at sending the money to my bank. But it does get there in the end!
I do seem to remember people having similar problems in the past. This time the problem is with the payment going TO Circle from Prolific tho in the first place.0 -

I cashed out Thursday assuming I would receive it Friday like usual.
It still hasn't reached Circle and I assume it won't now until Tuesday.

I accepted a survey on my phone. prolific said it was an unsupported device, so I accepted the survey on my phone, went on my laptop and the survey is in my Submissions but marked as returned. I there a way to open it? It was a part 2 survey, so only open to those who completed part 1, so it can't be that too many people have completed it in the intervening time.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Just received a reply from Prolific and they are aware of the problem.....
"Thanks for your message. We are aware of this issue and are already in contact with Circle to fix this. Don't worry, we will make sure you'll get your payment. We will update you ASAP."
Now wondering if we will have to wait for the payment run tomorrow?0 -

If it's one of the ones with the shorter 2 minute reservation period it may have timed out while you moved to your laptop. I've been caught out like that and it showed as returned.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

It did time out, is there any way of getting it back.
