    I tried about 5 times and got the same message, so I switched from Chrome (which I usually use for PA) to Firefox and it's letting me in. Strange!

    Have they shortened the reservation time? Just reserved a study and by the time the laptop cranked up it had been returned. Definitely less than the 10 minutes I've had before.

    I've had a handful of studies where the reservation time was 2 minutes.
