  • Can somebody here please help me. Ive only had an account for like a week. Had a decent amount of money built up. But past two days, I keep getting the demographics error you all are getting. Keep doing it over and over again. cause I thought I had too, no surveys were popping up. Out of nowhere it logged me out last time and this is the error message.

    Unable to log in using the provided credentials.

    I was getting that for awhile then I got the 3500 second ban that was over and then it went back to the above error. Support emailed me earlier today but said they couldnt find my email or my account.. they wanted my prolific id but I cant...log ... in.. seriously frustrating.

    Have you taken a screenshot of any of the completion codes that might have the ID showing at all? Or cashed out? If you've cashed out the transfer should have a reference number that could help trace you.

  • I have the emails saying responses approved but they dont show a code.

    Can't you send a copy of one of those to support, to show that you've been signed up with that email address?
    ETA - I've just checked through all my emails and there's nothing with the ID on either. Note to self to quickly write it down.
