We use a free thing called C cleaner but only once or twice a day. I think that clears cookies and things (that's the idea, anyway) Perhaps mikep can tell us if I'm on the right track or what we should be doing.

Support replied and told me to clear the cache. Haven't a clue where to find a cache let alone clear it.

    Tea anyone?

Which browser are you using, ie Internet Explorer, Google Chrome ...?

Anyone else just get this in between tea cups?

500 !!!8211; Looks like we're having some issues
Sorry about that. If the problem persists, please report it.

I've had this since the switch to the new site :(

I had that today but it went when I refreshed the page

Had a problem yesterday with a survey. Deadly boring one about talking text into an iPhone for 1 1/2 hours. Was in 2 minds but thought I'd have a look. Reserved a place, contacted researcher for link as per instructions. It didn't arrive, but my countdown started anyway. There then wasn't a way on the iPhone to navigate to the support page/contact researcher page unless I cancelled the study completely. Should I have done anything differently?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I did it. Cleared way more stuff out than the C Cleaner does... Still got a tea cup, though, Miss. :(

ETA: Well, I just had a pop up appear, nothing on the website so clicked on the bubbly thing only to be told I am not eligible. Bit pants.

  • Cheers Libra10! Seems to have done the trick as the 500 error message hasn't been back for a while, shame the annoying tea cup is still there! Hopefully some studies v soon :)
