Thanks, Miro and mike, I have now been able to raise a ticket... Whoopee! It must be yardarm time by now. I shall sit in the garden with a :beer:... It is either that or clean the bathroom. Hmph.

I get that occasionally, just refreshing usually fixes it for me

If its any consolation, I've got on to it both times its been up- the first time it told me to return it because i was in the wrong browser- and then when I swapped it said it was full and to return or get rejected, and this time it showed me one video and then crashed and wouldn't work even when I opened the study again. I don't think its set up very well.

The thought of drinks is rather sensitive yesterday after I had one too many celebrating surreys win in the cricket!
