you can block the researcher for a bit if it’s the same person who keeps posting them.

Took a study on Monday that requires a 30 minute interview over google.. Signed up for that. 10 minutes before the interview, the researcher cancelled. Really annoyed because I had made sure I was available at that time. Don't know if they will offer to reschedule or not. I've complained to the researcher and to prolific.

Anyone done the survey on testing a stocks and shares app. As it needs your phone number and home address and possibly more didn’t feel that keen to continue with it! And you have to fund the app with at least a £1.

Sounds to me like it's against Prolific's rules, which requires submissions and research projects to remain anonymous and linked to prolific ID only, do they not? also implications re: personally identifiable identification, GDPR.

Just did a completely ridiculous 15 minute AI one which was asking me to judge fan as between two practically identical videos. I’m going to get another warning but I can’t bring myself to pick one or the other one when there is bog all to choose between them.

Was that one where you had to say which had more movement and it was people slightly nodding along to a Zoom type conversation?

I struggled with that, particularly as it was 8 seconds of video, there was no sound and it was hard to work out where the video was going onto repeat. I got approved without a warning, but it was the first one I've done for quite a while.

No it was lots of people with disabilities or specific racial/cultural characteristics and I had to flag the one which didn’t violate something or other. When the pictures are identical except one has more dots, you have to flag them the same, but we know what they hate us flagging them the same.

Oooerr that doesn't sound like a fun survey. Did you get the warning?

I've just been asked to return a submission due to suspected bot or AI agent use. As someone who wouldn't know how to use either, this is very unfair. Has anyone else had this?

Yesterday I started using AdGuard Home on my router. I wanted to know if it's safe to go on Prolific whilst AdGuard is active?

    Thanks
