Prolific Academic Survey Alerts

For anyone who's curious, two weeks after I took the initial Data Annotation test I was notified that I passed. I verified my account and can now see additional qualifications that I can take to gain access to paid tasks.1

Is Prolific "down" this afternoon?
When I click to start on "New Study Notifications" this notice comes up:
"You are ineligible to take part in this study. We apologise for the inconvenience. Your account is in good standing."
I have not been able to access any Studies, even when there are a number of places available.0 -
That’s normal. I get that sometimes as well, and I think maybe they’re just showing surveys that you would be screened out of anyway. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
There were loads of AI one showing all day yesterday when I wasn’t in a position to do any. Today - nada. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I am now getting this notice: "404 – Page Not Found" when I click on new Study notification. I wonder if there is something wrong with my laptop.I am still being notified of available studies but not able to access any.

I've just done a short one so it is working for me.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

That's reassuring, elsien. Thanks very much for letting me know. I'm receiving plenty of new study notifications but always:
"Error
You are ineligible to take part in this study. We apologise for the inconvenience. Your account is in good standing."
Because it says my account is in good standing, I'll log out for a while and try again later or tomorrow..

This is strange:I have just received an email from Prolific:
"New study: Earn £1.00 in 6 minutes
Hi xxxxx,
There’s a new study on Prolific that matches your unique profile, act quickly to secure your place.
What is this study about?
📚 Study name:
Tell us what you think about museums (whether you visit them or not!)⏱️ Estimated completion time:
6 minutes💸 Reward:
£1.00"When I clicked on the link, to start, the same message, as with previous studies today, came up: "Error
You are ineligible to take part in this study. We apologise for the inconvenience. Your account is in good standing. "I sent a message to Prolific to let them know. All of the Studies had places available but the one, above, was the only one I was specifically invited to participate in by email from Prolific.

Did anyone today do the study that required listening to different sounds? I did it - it took nearly 20 minutes. At the end I was automatically sent back to Prolific and a completion code was given.
Later I got a message from the researcher asking me to return the study as “you didn’t finish it’
I returned as requested because I didn’t want a rejection, but sent a reply to the researcher saying I thought it was unfair as I had spent the time completing the study, and was automatically redirected back to Prolific.
Did this happen to anyone else?0 -
I've not had the error others seem to be getting, but have had an intermittent blank screen on Prolific a few times today when using Firefox, seems to be working ok on Chrome for some reason1
