Hi all
Ive been with Daisy for 6 months for my business lines. They wrote to me last month telling me Non Geog numbers would be chargeable from Feb. They were free in my current agreement and as i do call them frequently, an important part of why i signed up with them.
Ive tried to contact them by phone, email and webchat to clarify whether this meant an end to my current agreement so i could go elsewhere. I havent heard anything back and i suspect im being ignored. The call centre simply say they cant say and someone will call me back.
Can i just inform them our agreement has ended and leave?

Since it was a business line, consumer rights do not come into it. So what does the contract say about changes to the plan?0

Non-geographic numbers start 03, 08 or 09.
Which of those ranges are affected by the changes and what are those changes?0 -
No. (In short).
Your contract is for service and is not related to the tariff charged. Your contract will not state costs for the service as this is expected to change annually. Clearly, they’re losing money and have felt the tariff you are on is untenable. You need to see what is says about tariff changes - but I’d expect this to be only a reference that they can change them. Business accounts are not party to consumer protections, so you’ll need to exercise your option to leave once any minimum term period has been reached.0
