Is there anything I can paint onto Screed to seal it?

I've put some screed on the floor of a small cupboard space (0.5x1m) , made very sure I followed instructions, put down two coats of a primer/base down first, but for reasons beyond me I seem to have lots of tiny holes (bubbles?) along two of the sides- I am not sure what went wrong, it's an odd space which I'd had issues with before so may be due to things beyond my control.

I am now wondering if there is something I can put over the screed to seal it in as well as mean I can prevent any dust from the screed that did work well.

My main concerns are damp creeping in (I have no damp issue as such but this cupboard used to regularly grow mould in the past) as well as transferable dust.

I have cleaned the walls, primed the walls and ceiling of the cupboard with an anti-damp primer and coated twice in anti-mould paint, it's just the floor I need to do.

Paint it with a damp sealer or a diluted coat (20 - 30% water) of PVA
Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.
