Egg Loan - Contact number please?

Approximately 2002-2004 ish I had a loan from Egg. I filled in my application online. They don’t exist anymore. How would I go about finding out if I paid PPI please?

Canada Square Operations are dealing with Egg., I've just been refunded on a loan from around this timeframe with no account numbers.

I today had a letter back saying I'm due a refund.

It really was easy to do.
I had no account info at all.
I just filled in a very short on-line form at citibank web site with my name, DOB, current and old address(s). I then got a letter in post telling me I had had PPI plus the account number and then Filled in another online form.
I started the whole thing over xmas/new year. It does say it can take longer

Fantastic to hear how easy the process was for you with Canada Life for your Egg loan. I have no account information beyond the account number which they confirmed for me. I’m therefore unsure of the application process I completed for the loan and whether I may have been miss-sold, but my suspicion is that the option was preticked and there was little information to help me make an informed decision as to its suitability. In your complaint did you also ask them to look at the commission for the PPI?
