  • What?
No-one on here is going to search google for your image.
If you start a drop box account (no fee payable) then scan your documents, with your name/VRM and any other identifying details masked, then you can post the link here.
People with few posts are not allowed to post links, but you've posted a few times now.
I can't remember exactly how to get the link, but on drop box you choose the share option and there's a menu that allows you to choose the link, copy and paste that onto here.

What you are describing sounds like a mix between a LBC and a claim form. Obviously the ways of dealing with each are very different!

I think theyre actually saying that, following C-Ms advice to google the claim form, they have confirmed it IS a claim form

Obviously, having confirmed it is a claim form, they now need to do what theyve been told to do - which is acknowledging the claim.

I also have NO IDEA how previously they got a DQ without submitting a defence. Thats essentially impossible.
  • Can't make head or tail of this, I'm out

So if you have a new claim, for a different PCN, defend it.

You've done it before, so you should know the process even if you don't recall receiving a claim form the first time. This time, you did.

The NEWBIES THREAD 2nd post tells you how to do the AOS online to extend the time.
