hi there, this is my first post on this website....so hi to all!! i dont know if you are interested or if you are aware of it already but there is a great website called https://www.flylady.net which has really helped organise my life and get everything done that should be....i have four kids and one who is disabled and im a single parent. hope this helps (p.s. its an american site but everything is easily adaptable to the uk!!)

They also help with the tidying up (if they think it's a game) That said I still get mad days when they have cabin fever! so I go on a mystery tour armed with a picnic!0 -
