30 hour free childcare

Absolutely fuuuuuuuming!!! So today I've applied for 30 hour free childcare for my child. There is a glitch on the system and wouldn't let me proceed and complete my application. So i rang the helpline to be told i needed to proceed and open an account for the tax free childcare instead and then to call them back to cancel the account
I thought hmmm simple enough... oh how was i wrong, i called back to cancel the tax free account after i set it up to be told my tax credits have now stopped... i wont be receiving my payment on Monday and it can take upto 14 working days to reinstate my tax credits. I have sat in tears for over 2 hours, this is my only source of income , i cant pay bills, my car tax is due, childcare, food shopping, direct debits , hire purchase agreements, i am so upset, all because i was lead to believe that opening a child tax account would then allow me to reapply for a 30 hour free childcare... i have logged a complaint with hmrc, i dont know what else i can do... i'm a single parent and i dont get paid from my job for a few weeks too.
