I know I've had mortgage protection insurance from 2007-1012 - it was originally with M&S but I remember it being taken over by another company - I do not have any paperwork - is there anyway I can find out who was providing me with the cover?:j

If it was with M&S then this suggests it was not an advised sale but something you chose to buy. If so, what exactly are you wanting to complain about?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
