I took out a loan through Norton Folgate in 2003, loan was with a firm called Cattles Commercial Leasing ltd. Norton has a new name, Amicus Asset Financing.
I had ppi on this account. and still have all the paperwork. who is responsible for me to claim against? thanks in advance.

Does it mention in your paperwork who the underwriter was because if they were regulated at the time you could refer your complaint to them?0 -
I would try the underwriter as sun73 stated.

Check the small print on the credit agreement or PPI policy document, if you had insurance cover it will say somewhere "this policy is underwritten or provided by" or something like that.0
