Mortgage interest phone

We've received two missed calls last few days from 0800 046 8333. Answer machine message says they are from a company called circa/serca? The message says they are phoning on behalf of DWP regarding a letter about mortgage interest rates. We did receive a letter saying M.I is to stop. As far as I'm aware we never had any interest paid off on the mortgage from DWP.
Is this company a genuine company and not a sham company using DWP for scare tactics ?

Serco. They are working on behalf of the DWP. Are you in receipt of means tested benefits?

We get Working Tax and Child Tax Credits and I'm in receipt of ESA.
I seem to recall filling a form in years ago to do with mortgage interest but we heard nothing back and our payments haven't changed over the years (nothing much as increased in terms of how much we pay)

It sounds like you've been put on the list of claimants and shouldn't be. Give the DWP a call to double check.
