                    Hello,
Company in liquidation and I'm expecting to be made redundant next week. I don't know what I am entitled to from the goverment. I've only worked at current employer 2 years. My contract notice period is 3 months if that means anything now.
I think I am entitled to...
2 weeks statutory reduncany
2 weeks statutory notice pay
both up to £489 per week
does that sound right?

Thanks. My holiday year runs as per calendar year. I'm due 5 days from 2017 which I carried in line with company policy plus anything accrued this month. Do you think I will get payment for the 5 days from last year, I'm not sure how I could prove I didn't take all my days, the records are all on the 'system' which itself is a bit rubbish. I do have an email from line manager but it all feels a bit flimsy.Plus any holiday pay owed. Yes.
 NB
Subject should have been Redundancy + Notice pay, don't know where 'meeting' came from 0 0
