NPB who paid but wanted to return has now decided to keep item, how to stop NPB

Hello everybody

I hope someone can help?

I sold an item on eBay, the lady paid and received item, she decided to return as too small, which is fine. I then set a NPB agreeing to an amicable return so I could get my FVF and relist. She has now decided to keep the item. She also bought two other items and is very pleasant, so obviously I don't want her to have a strike. I
can't find anywhere to tell eBay that the sale has gone ahead and to stop NPB dispute.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Thank you

What are the options available to you on the dispute?

I don't see how there would be a risk of her getting a strike when she did in fact pay.

  • Hi, Thank you,

When I click on the dispute it just says this,....

Dispute status: Other party has not responded.

It gives me the option to leave a message which I assume is to send to the buyer, but I don't know what to ask her to do so she doesn't get a strike as she is now keeping the item.

Sure there must be a way of ending it early but no option there

    Thanks again for your reply

It sounds as though the dispute hasn't been open long enough for it to be possible to close it. I think you can only close it after a minimum of 7 days.
