Hi. I am about to re mortgage my house as paying a bad 4.75%! after a 10 year fix. in the last month have took out a loan for £10,000 (for car) and opened a Santander 123 lite account. When is it safe for me to re mortgage bearing in mind my credit file? The bank have said they can do a soft search which won't effect it but then they will have to do the hard search which will. Help please

What's the issue?
You have 2 searches on your file and a loan application - I think it will be OK to proceed0 -
Personally i would have re-mortgaged prior to the car loan to avoid any affordability issues when applying, i don't see the bank account making a difference but they will be looking for stability.0
