in Techie Stuff
iam having aproblem downloading whattsapp and facebook to my mobile,in both cases iam getting error code 495,ive tried all the things off websites,still no luck.i have storage space and the phone is android 6,iam having a few issues with my google account,i have changed my password a few times in the last few days to see if this was connected ,but then it always says password incorrect,my email is working fine.would this be connected?

thats why you cant download from play store
Remove all google accounts and start fresh
or Open new google account0
