IR LED Security camera or Thermal IR Security Camera

Can anyone give me suggestion about low-cost CCTV IR LED Security camera and a Thermal infrared surveillance camera. I am looking to buy a Security Camera for my Office & Parking but confused between IR LED Security Camer and Thermal IR Security Camera. Tell me which is better and what's the between two of them.

You'd only want Thermal night vision if you have a long distance and you want to spot people creeping about, eg a large garden.
