We always get refused entry to the competitions - it states you need to be 16 or under and the account is in the name of my 9 year old nephew. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes same happened to me, so I contacted the site and a lovely lady replied with an apology saying their new site was misleading and that it should make it clearer that you register in the name of the child. She changed my account for me.

Thanks so much - the account is in the child's name but with my email address. I will try contacting them and see if they will sort it out for me.
