All this hoopla about account switching. My understanding is it is applicable to retail current accounts and does not apply to business accounts. Can somebody confirm this?
Importantly, are there any cashback offers to switch business accounts?

You can switch business accounts. And some reward you for it with low/no cost deals for the first year or two. Some info here: https://www.moneysupermarket.com/current-accounts/business-bank-accounts/ but plenty more info out there if you google it0

Hey Zanderman - Thanks for this. Does have interesting benefits for the first 18-25months. I have also googled a few banks too but I could not see any cashback offers for business account switching. Any info/details...plz.0
