Clearing aqua card balance- does it still improve credit score?

Yup, aqua doubled mine on the 4th statement from 900 to 1800 pounds....think they have had about 7 quid interest out of me.
And down to my own fault possibly a late fee, my statement date is the 22nd...so anytime now my statement will be produced and I’ll find out.0 -
