PPCs Court Appearances

It’s been a while since I last visited this site but am sure that it was through this forum that I was given a link to a website where you could see which parking companies had taken cases to court. For the life of me I cannot recall which forum member provided it so am asking if anybody can help me out and point me in the right direction.

Your welcome. The thanks button at the bottom of a post is the best form of thanks but in saying that a message is actually very much appreciated. Not many people bother so it’s a refreshing change.

Creditors have 6 years to take legal action - the BMPA site gives you historic info (up to near present) but that cannot be relied on to be the ppc's business model in future years
