Kids bundle - Sky

I'm just checking - I know I can add kids bundle online through my sky id. Can I remove the kids bundle when I don't need it through sky id?

I read it few weeks ago, I can only remove it through calling them. Is this still the case?

I have entertainment bundle, as half term is next month, I was thinking adding it for kids.

Any of the contact methods will work I think but you can't do it yourself. That's usual for any company generally.
