Does anyone know how to contact Sky about overpayment for a mobile TV app. It's paid through Googlepay and no one at Sky seems to know anything about it ( 1 hour on phone!)

I assume you mean the SkyGo app , which is £5 a month from sky if you don't have the correct package with themEx forum ambassador
