Many thanks, Also does this email count as the Notice to Keeper?
No... and they are out of time, as the 56 days were up on 17th March.

Good, glad to see they fell for the trap of the 'day 26 appeal' and forgot the NTK, again!

You will win at POPLA, when you eventually get the rejection letter/email, if you simply copy another UKPC POPLA appeal that talks about no NTK being served. You can't lose now!

I was expecting a POPLA code, so I'm not sure what to do from here?
To be fair, they explained that in their email to you.
Failure to provide this information will give us no alternative other than to make our final decision based on the previous information received. At this stage a POPLA verification code will be provided.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind most of these companies may well be put out of business by Christmas.

No NTK and inadequate signage will win, but put all the usual stuff in as well from post 3 of the NEWBIES to pad it out a bit.

I'm planning to use the exact template from here (The third post) :

I think this pretty much covers every point I can use from newbies.

I'm confused about the image of the car park sign I have (ukpc provided) . I think I need to upload it to POPLA separate to the pdf file?

You guys have all been great, and again any comments/opinions are much appreciated.

    Many thanks.

It is usually suggested here that it is best to send just one pdf document to PoPLA.

Can you not create a document with pictures embedded using your favourite word processor?
Then just save it as a pdf?
