Advice needed. Order never appeared, company ignoring my contact.

Hi everyone,
I ordered an item at the beginning of December from Sensory Education/Cheap disability aids ( I have now researched properly and know this was a bad idea!)
I Paid extra to have the item delivered in within 2-3 days and have never received it (despite the money leaving my account). I have made numerous attempts to contact the company about redelivery/refund and they won't answer my calls or emails.
What should my next steps be? (Apart from never ordering from them again?)

How much was the item and how did you pay?0

And are you a business or an individual?0

Please, google a new company before dealing with them in future. Saves you so much hassle.0

how did you pay?
If you paid by credit card (and the comment "despite the money leaving my account" suggests it was card rather than bank transfer), and it's £100+, then you should be able to get it back (experts here will give more info).Peter
Debt free - finally finished paying off £20k + Interest.0 -
Even if it is less than £100 you should still be able to initiate a chargeback for non-delivery of goods. £100 or more then you could raise a Section 75 claim for the same reason ... Section 75 is a legal right (it comes from the Consumer Credit Act 1974). Chargeback is a voluntary scheme but most card providers offer it.0
