Tesco House Insurance Problems

I'm in a pickle.
We took out house insurance with Tesco in May 2017 and paid monthly then in November following the stormy weather we noticed a leak in our sons bedroom so I contacted Tesco insurance and they said there was a note on our policy saying about not declaring a claim when taking out the insurance and they would have to look into it...in the meantime we sorted out the leak in the roof ourselves and heard nothing from Tesco.
On 20th December I received a missed call from company on behalf of Tesco going through our fraudulent claim so I called her back and left a message saying that we hadn't gone through with the roof claim and to call me if there were any problems.
Then in January 2018 we discovered a leaking hot water pipe under the dining room floor and Homeserve came out and confirmed the leak but as the screeded floor has got asbestos underneath it they won't touch it (understandably) and said we had to contact our home insurance to remove it, so contacted Tesco/Royal Sun Alliance yesterday and they said yes it's all covered and I'm waiting to hear back from their specialist team.
Then today I receive a phone call relating to the roof query and she says that she has to assess if the fact I missed off a freezer food claim in 2015 for £112 was intentional or an accident as Tesco won't have insured me if they knew about the freezer claim so we might not actually have any home insurance at all and she will get back to me by the end of the week and if Tesco do decided I was being fraudulent them they would refund my money I've paid so far.
So where do I stand? It's been 2 months since this was flagged up initially and over a month since I returned their call. What happens if my house gets burgled/destroyed by fire while they are deciding? Am I still covered? Help!
