That's it, job done. Now you wait 35 days to see if you get a PoPLA code. If it hasn't arrived by (say) day 37, complain to the BPA.
As far as the signage is concerned, does it really meet ALL the BPA requirements, correct font size, the charge in largest font, signs at eye level, not behind bushes, all clean and easily readable from a moving car, and meets Lord Denning's red hand rule? Does it?
That's why you will challenge it at PoPLA as well as any other relevant points, all available from the NEWBIES thread.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

received this letter from ukpc any help would be much appreciated asap please dated 21 feb 2018
Thank you for your for your recent correspondence in relation to the above parking charge.
In order to make a final decision regarding your appeal,please provide the full name and address of the driver to our appeals department within 14 days of the date of this letter.
Paragraph 9(2)(b) of schedule 4 of the protection of freedoms act 2012,states that we must inform the registerd keeper that the driver of a vechile is required to pay the parking charge in full. It also notes that as we do not know the drivers name or current postal address , the registered keeper, if they were not the driver at the time,should inform the operator ie us of the name and current address of the driver and pass the notice to them.
The act also informs that if , at the end of the perioud of 28 days(beggining with the day after the parking charge is sent)the parking charge has not been paid in full and the operator does not know both the name and current address of the driver,the operator has the right to recover any unpaid part of the parking charge from the registered keeper.This warning is given under paragraph 9(2)(f) of schedule 4 of the protection of freedoms act2012 and is subject to us complying with the applicable conditions under schedule 4 of that act (which we consider we do comply with,to the letter}
All our signage is fully compliant with the guildlines set out within the BPA code of pratice and we reject the notion that it is in any way unclear or ambigous.
UKPC are a member of the dvla accredited trade association and the BPAwhich provides for a bilateral aggreement with the dvla for the requset of information for the purpose of the registered keeper details.This includes obtaining details where there is a deemed contravention occuring and it is necessarry to enforce such charges against the registered keeper.It should be emphassised such a role falls within the dvlas remit and therefore unlikely to prejudice their role and function in any way.But should you have concerns about this they should be directed to the dvla or ICO whon could provide guidance on this matter.
Failure to provide this information will give us no alternative other than to make our final decision based on the previos information recieved .At this stage a POPLA verification code will be provided.
Further correspondence can be sent by visiting our website ukpcappeals or by post to the address overlaef.Please ensure thatif sending evidence by post that you include the parking charge reference number and vechile registration.
The parking charge has been on hold whilst under appael and may be settled in full at the reduced rate of £60

Ignore it. It's just waffle from them. They will send a POPLA code soon. Get reading up on POPLA appeals while you wait.0
