    I imagine he doesn't - very few people will. At the same time, such people should accept that if something is (legally) covered by T&Cs then they should "suck it up" rather than bleat on an Internet forum with an "entitled" viewpoint. ;)

I really thought for sure that everyone does despite it being blatantly obvious to the contrary but thank you for pointing this out. Just in case someone doesn't believe you they can take a quick look at a online guardian article discussing the statistics of reading terms and conditions.

    Just a quick note you might try actually reading my orignal post (if you hve the abilty to correctly interpret information) and then you can reply with actual relevance rather than what you made up in your mind.


    Without being disingeniuos at all I do completely agree that no matter what the terms and conditions are once you have placed the order then you are subject to absoulutely anything that company has written and you cannot challenge them or else you are a bleater of entitled viewpoints. It would actually be beyond entitiled to bleat on the internet on a consumer help based website about your inane entitled ideas of fairness. Basically everyone knows that only ilegal terms cannot be enforced and only ilegal terms can be challenged. It absolutely has to be illegal... or possibly unfair if the first google result showing a detailed article from which magazine is anything to go by.

    So lets try another view you wont agree with.

    you went via a parcel reseller. You did this to save money.
    You think they make a fortune reselling parcel on accounts?
    no. So they make small profit on large volumes.
    In many cases part of their contracts will be tighter stipulations on insurance cover/payouts etc.

    By comparison. Heres parcelforces direct deadlines.
    Claims must be submitted within the following timescales:

    30 days of despatch for all UK services
    15 days of despatch for globalexpress
    30 days of despatch for irelandexpress and globalpriority

    120 days of despatch for globalvalue and HM Forces



    However they clearly stipulate

    We can only accept claims from the company or individual who have directly paid Parcelforce Worldwide for the service used. If you have used our services through a parcel broker your claim must be submitted to the company used, not to Parcelforce Worldwide.
