Electoral Register

On this evenings program, Martin mentioned that not being listed on the electrical register does not affect your credit rating score. For security reasons associated with my job I do not publically appear on my electoral register. When I look at my credit score on Clear Score I have one negative entry due to the non-listing. Everything else is positive. Is there any way to have this negative removed?
