    You already have?
  • When I made the claim in 2006 was when I became unemployed for 4 weeks so the mortgage was paid for that month this was before anyone heard about being mis-sold any policies

It is still possible to complain about the sale of the MPPI on your mortgage if you have made a claim. However, your complaint reasons are restricted significantly. Plus, they take into account the cost of the claim.

1 - you cannot complain you were not eligible (it paid out - so you were)
2 - you cannot complain you didnt need it (clearly you did as you were made redundant)
3 - you cannot complain you didnt know about it (as you claimed when you needed it)

If you bought via a morgtage adviser, then you cannot complain as its pre-regulation. Statistically, most MPPI complaints fail. You haven't given any reason for complaint. So, why do you think yours was missold?
