Can a Mod Unblock my Cheap Energy Club Account?

I've just been having a look at the new collectives on the Cheap Energy Club site and it says on there that I have one switch going through.
I did (regrettably!) switch to NPower last year and the start date with them (for both gas & electricity) was the 25th September last and I paid my first bill during December.
So I don't quite understand why it's still showing as 'going through' as of today.
I haven't had any cashback though that doesn't bother me, but I would like my account cleared so that I can consider switching away from Npower even though I'll have to pay early exit fees.
Let's just say I think Npower are a joke and leave it at that.
Is a mod able to to look at my Cheap Energy Account (if I pm my email address for it) and get it up to date please?
