PPI & Plevin - Which or Both?
Binson
Hi, I'm a bit confused if someone can help please? I have never claimed for PPI nor Plevin. Can I claim for one and it covers both, if so which one? Or do I need to claim for both separately?
Kind Regards,
Binson.

If you had PPI and you have reasons for mis sell, put a claim in with the bank.
If they refuse it, they may later look at it under the Plevin rule if the commission was over 50% on the PPI.
If you win redress then no Plevin as you get all the PPI back that you paid, this includes the commission.0
