Company not refunding money

Duck_Tales
Hello
I purchased 3 bags from a company online. I kept 1 and returned the other 2 by following the returns policy of the company (their courier collected them). After 4 weeks of emailing the company asking for my money back, they said they had refunded me and to check my account. Needless to say, they hadn't. The company is now saying they don't know where the bags are and asking where I returned them to? Even though it was their nominated courier who collected them.
Can anyone offer some advice please?
Regards
Lee

Please tell me you have a receipt for the collection?0

No receipt. But I do have cctv footage of the courier collecting the package.0

Tell them who you returned them to and give details of time and date.
Tell them you have proof if required.0 -
What proof, a cctv showing someone picking up a parcel is far from proof.
Rather puzzled by your response. In what way is it not proof?
You know full well civil law works on balance of probability. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Did they email you a label to stick on the parcel?0

Civil law requires a lot more than balance of probabilities, it's naive to think otherwise.0
