Bizarre 'new' final awards notice for 2013/14 arrived today?

Just that. All up to date, done renewals on time every year. Working PAYE. Had a previous final awards notice, then got a new one today with the awesome news they owe me £12.75 which is now in my bank.

    That will possibly cost me as much as I have been paid lol. They are not the easiest to get hold of. Wondered if there was some sort of pattern, maybe their systems were wrong.

    Did try my online account - the payment isn't even on there.
