Bankruptcy for the 2nd time

To DippyDora - Blind as a bat's advice is good. Petition for their bankruptcy, I think it may cost you about £200 but with the threat of bankruptcy they may pay up if they are genuinely not hard up as you seem to think.
As for you being a creditor, I think a lot of us (business owners) are here because we weren't paid by our business customers which means you are no different to some of us. I think most people somewhere/somehow are both creditors and debtors and as Rog2 said it is the widespread abuse of the banks etc that we are talking about here.
