Just follow what was said in posts 2 and 3 and save the rest for POPLA.
1) Is that your REG No, you've left?
2) Was this a London underground car park?0 -
As above, redact ALL personal information now including the VRN!.
Send the appeal template from the NEWBIES thread. There is now only one for both BPA and IPC members. What you have got appears to be a PoPLA appeal. You aren't at that stage yet.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Not the best start! So the web address on the back of the NCP letter leads to a page that doesnt recognise the car details when input...but going straight to the https://www.ncp.co.uk site and clicking the appeal/pay button leads to one that does recognise my details...strange.
Anyway the following is what I was going to send them. Just wondered if it was too waffling?
I am the registered keeper of vehicle xxxxxxx and am appealing a parking charge from UKPC on the following points:
Neither NCP nor UKPC are IPC operators!Should you obtain the registered keeper's data from the DVLA without reasonable cause (e.g. if you do not fully comply with the IPC Code of Practice in terms of signage at this site, as seems likely based on my research) please take this as formal notice that I reserve the right to sue your company and the landowner/principal, for a sum not less than £250 for any Data Protection Act breach.
You should just be using the new (blue text) initial appeal from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1. Save all that waffling stuff for POPLA.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
