DC Digital Warning

I ordered a galaxy note 8 on 12th December. They delivered It fairly promptly but It clearly wasn't new as described - It had a broken screen and no charger, headphones etc. I sent It back as they assured me if I did they'd send a new one straight away. It hasn't yet arrived and they won't give me my money back. The dates when I have been told to expect it are

By the 22nd December
To be dispatched 3rd January
13th January
17th January
24th January
Current commitment from DC Digital is no later than 26th - Despite Damon assuring me it would be with me this Wednesday(24th) he was so sure this would be the case because "the M.D. said
so"
I make this my sixth promised delivery date!!! That's if you dont include the original date of delivery.

Seriously kids DC Digital fail 35% of their customers if you believe Trust Pilot. It's not worth the risk.

I have reported to Trading Standards and Watchdog.
