Ppi

Hi

I'm considering going for a PPI reclaim. I know its cheaper to do it myself, but would welcome any suggestions for reputable companies that can do it on my behalf at a rate that doesn't take a big chunk out of my reclaim as commission if I'm successful.

Many thanks

Valkyrie

    Reputable and claims company.
Two words that don't belong together.

You have to understand that claims co's simply send you a complaint form to complete and return to them. They then post the complaint form for you.

If you start your complaint by simply phoning the lender involved, they'll take your details and log your complaint. They may send you a form to complete, it's free, and simple.

Even using a CMC you still have to provide the info, they don't know who you had loans with or the details.

All a CMC does is stick a stamp on an envelope containing your questionnaire and post it to the address of the lender that you would post it to if you were doing it yourself.

How much are you willing to pay for someone to lick that stamp?

Cheaper? It's will only cost you the price of a stamp.
It costs at least a third of any redress you might be awarded, plus VAT, to employ a claims management company.

So there are no recommendations, I'm afraid, other than do it yourself. The complaint process is simple and free.
