Residental status query

I’m trying to find a zero balance credit card, but when I’m completing the online forms I don’t know how to answer the ‘residential status’ question.
I live with my partner (not married) who owns the house but has no mortgage and I don’t pay any rent.
So I’m not a homeowner, I’m not sure I’m classed as a private tenant and I’m not living with my parents. How do I answer?
Any guideance much appreciated.

Before we got married my, then, girlfiend just used 'Private Tenant - £0 pcm rent' if asked. If there is any query then just explain that their system doesn't cater for your situation.0
