Successful claims - how long?

Received my confirmation from Canary Claims that Lloyds and Halifax have confirmed to them that I had PPI on 5 loans. I have send my forms back. How long should I be looked at waiting now?

the financial institutions are given up to 8 weeks to give you the results of them investigating your complaint. then it can take up to a further 28 days for any refunds once a decision has been made.
you should hear from them within about a week of them receiving your complaint with a confirmation letter that they are investigating it.I'm proud to say that the banks no longer take money from me after becoming debt free0 -
I sent my forms off to Halifax beginning of December and the letter upholding my complaint was dated 10th January. Cheque received 20th January.
