Water Leak, Megaflo, Worcester Bosch Boiler - Insurance or HomeCare

Hi all,
Hoping you can help!
Realised just now that our Megaflo in the loft conversion is leaking water, I believe drips from the cold water inlet... see image:

The water has dripped through the ceiling to the bathroom below, and both the floor in the loft by the boiler, and the bathroom ceiling are damaged. A few times we have lost hot water pressure, and renewed the air gap via the temperature pressure relief valve. When doing this realised there was a very minute leak at the main stop !!!! in the kitchen under the sink, and also this megaflo !!!!.
We had a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i System ERP installed by British Gas in August 2017, with 5 years warranty.
On a separate issue, the plumbing in the wall to the en-suite was turned off before this, by inserting isolators, as that was leaking into the kitchen downstairs.

What is the best solution to
fix the damage to the walls and ceilings
I have Home Insurance via British Gas, which states they fix the property that is damaged and not the pipes themselves. My excess is £350 though!
So is this where I need to get HomeCare Plumbing cover, with fixed cost of £69, and then £8.45 per month...?
Or what would you advise please??

Personally I would just get a local plumber in.Officially in a clique of idiots0

I doubt getting BG Homecare will help - Buying insurance after getting a problem is usually not possible.
That would be like getting sick on holiday in America, realising the US hospital bill will be huge, so taking out travel insurance for £55 to cover the medical bill!
