Probate help needed!!!

My mother died back in 2005 and left no will. At the time I was 11 and my older brother 15/16. My mother had another child with another man (they never married and their child was 18 months old at the time of our mothers death). However when my parents divorced, she left her name on the house she owned with my father. My sister's father took us to court to get us to sell the house around 2010 and the courts granted that we cannot sell until I am at least 18 and have left education. Now my dad has paid off the mortgage and fully owns his house, we are looking to sell. He house is un-mortgageable due to the structure of the house, and a cash offer has been made. As my mums part of the estate is half the house - Does anybody have any info to help with the following; Can they decline an offer made if 2 out 3 beneficiaries are happy to sell? Does anybody know how I can find the executor of my mums estate when she dies (as we were not told who this was). Who decides who the administrator of the estate is? Any info or help/advice would be HUGELY appreciated.

You can find if someone applied for letters of administartion by searching here and can buy a copy othem by paying £10.

I suggest you then go to a solictor and get proper advice.
