item left behind bin, help

I bought a Nintendo switch from shopto.net via ebay, fast forward a few days, come home to a note through door" item left behind wheelie bin" no console there when I looked, I have a small front garden, I paid by paypal with credit card, ebay have closed case in sellers favour, what can I do

Contact shopto.net and remind them that the parcel remains at their risk until it enters your physical possession as per the Consumer Rights Act and that they are liable for the failures of their third party contractors.
When you paid by paypal.....did you just enter your card details or did you pay by paypal which had your credit card as a funding source?You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
